Got my car fixed at this location and next day I realized horn doesn't work and it was working before. I was working next 4 days straight so when I went back the 5th day guy at the counter said there's nothing he can do. He said it's possible it was never working or it stopped working after. I told him it was working just fine before. But he said I have to pay $55 for inspection. So I have to pay for something I already know. It's just pathetic. I am thinking these guys did it themselves to get more money out of me. But I would never spend another cent at canadian tire. Really pathetic service and customer service. These guys are crooks.
Went for an oil change, decently priced but they literally sent us on a wild goose chase to find our car! They had no idea where they parked it afterwards in the lot and we had to spend 25 minutes to find it.. Was absolutely ridiculous. Figure out a better way.
Ben who cashed me out was very patient and an excellent CSR. I forgot my PIN for my Mastercard. He suggested I call customer service to have my PIN reset while in store. I did as he suggested. It was quite a line up and wait but the customers & Ben was patient and accommodating. Thanks Ben for ensure I left the store with what I wanted.
Not bad customer service. But Clifford Dias never has a straight answer. Always feel like I'm being conned when I talk to him. He holds up the line because he never gets to the point. I find people end up asking more questions after hes done talking rather then feeling sure about the answer.
I always go here for paper towels if it's not sold out. It's around $5 for 640 full sheets (8 mega rolls). They have a lot more than just appliances. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
