I just went for a quick return and supervisor GURINDER was so rude to me she just through the stuff and ignored me totally. Which was really bad experience for me. Don't show angry face to your clients as they expect smile face in early morning. Thanks

Five Zeros!I went to Trinity Mall location to return a sealed and unopened item, the lady at customer service saw the product that is completely untouched and sealed. She was seeing that and also agreed that is a sealed item but she still opened the packaging and said "Yes I know this was never opened but I still have to check" I was like WHAT?? Anywas I got my money back, but I find it very weird and disrespectful.If you are a customer then you definitely want a peace of mind as well. Choose your options wisely!
The guy behind the auto parts counter was very helpful and patient. This Canadian Tire is by far the best when it comes to finding someone whe you need help. Store is very well organized and they always seem to have products on sell in inventory.
Called this location for an inquiry on my order pick up and was transferred to a new person twice. Each person did not know how to help. I figured maybe going into the store would be a better experience. However, the staff I interacted with in store weren't very knowledgable or helpful. I find that this place is only good if you know exactly what you are looking for - walking in and out with minimal staff interaction provides the best experience.
