I want to see doctor..but after reading reviews i dont think I should waste my time on this kind of service..
Went in for a walk-in at 5:40 pm, was told the wait would be about an hour, I did not see the doctor until 9:20 pm. Spoke with more than a few people in the waiting room who have their family doctor there and they said they often wait up to 2 hrs past their appointment time. Appointments are scheduled 5 mins appart and they take walk-ins in-between, with no walk-in doctor. Horribly run office and terrible scheduling practices, only positive was the doctor was great.
The rudeness and incompetence of the reception is unbelievable (aside from Lucy). I'm never made to feel welcome, my time is never considered, and I have only once been apologized to over the past twenty years for mistakes. The doctors here are amazing, and for that alone I continue to put up with the poor choice in hires at reception; however, the reception is bitter and provides nothing but an overall negative experience. My recommendation? Hire people that have amazing customer service skills, and focus on customer satisfaction It was refreshing to see Lucy, and to be greeted so pleasantly by her made this singular trip to the doctors a good experience. The minute I had to speak with another receptionist about where I was in line, was the exact minute that I felt irritated and frustrated for the rudeness. Those at reception are the first people customers see walking into the clinic, and they set up the attitude for the customers experience. Want better reviews? Look at the feedback!
slow. any time, any day, its slow. dont be surprised to be waiting for 3+ hours when the waiting room looks empty. this is literally my last resort clinic. currently have been waiting for 3hrs10mins and this isnt the first time. bad way to run a business. on todays visit they were seeing about 3 people an hour. every time you ask reception for anything its another hour
The place is revamped! and under new management. There are still a lot of things to be expected but surely things are getting better as well. They try to be as courteous as the possibly can.
