Waited 1 hour after appointment time, doctor visited for 3 min in total and left. Not even properly looked at my psoriasis nor asked me about it's history. Just wrote something on software, whatever I said, he listen while writing and handed over prescription and left.I had waited for 2 months for appointment, 1 hour even after appointment time to get 3 minute treatment.Such a joke system it is.Edited: Btw, from all the review here, all Indian names gave very bad review and most of good review are from non-Indian name. Something is fishy.
It's very good clinic.I had an appointment I went in on time. The doctor was very nice and knowledgable he treated my wart with liquid nitrogen two months down the road the wart is gone. ( I had treatment before for almost a year with other clinic no result)I do recommend this clinic.
My son suffers from eczema for the last 3 years. He is 3 years old. I was referred to him by Dr. Gupta paediatric doctor. An appointment was made by the office. 640pm which is super late but Im desperate to find something to help my son. We wait 40 min to be told we have no referral so the doctor cannot see us. I asked them to make an exception seeing as my son has previous met with the doctor for eczema, which was a nightmare as well. The secretary walks away and asks her colleague to speak to me after the doctor states that he will not see my son, as I was angry at this point. Heres the thing you think they would whisper for my benefit but they did not. Point is the staff is useless as they are making appointments without all the paperwork and waste ur time epically. Its a walk in clinic so ur surely to pick up some nasty bug. Wait time is ridiculous even if you have an appointment and dr. S Gupta is not kind, patient or useful. Healthcare system is out of order in Canada. Its terribly shameful.
Not sure why he is given bad reviews. He was so friendly and talked through the procedure with me. Kept asking if I was doing okay. I will definitely go back to him. Even the ladies at the front were friendly and the nurse who attended in helping was also friendly.
This person is doing a great service to give people cash strap oppertunity of a better life love him blessed.
