Great service from my Dr (Graham), and any others I have seen in his absence. They are always good to get my son in, quickly, if required.
I don't know if posting on this wall could change anything but I called on 30th January in the morning to book an appointment with the so called physician and the lady answered the phone mentioned 2.40 pm appointment for the same day. Cut to chase took half day off drove all the way from Woodbridge for the appointment and the nurse mentioned that there was a miscommunication on there part as the appointment is for tomorrow. Growup guys and stop messing with people time.
Dr. Merker is the absolute best family physician anyone could hope for. He is wonderful with my children and always makes you feel like you have 100% of his attention. You can tell he cares about his patients.The admin staff however...SUCK. So rude and lack basic human and social skills.
I have been going here for over 20 Years. I personally hate going to the Dr's but anytime I do I feel welcomed. I'm fortunate enough to have a Dr there that has great bed side manner and cares what's wrong and doesn't guess. She calls you as well when you're panicking to put your mind at ease when results come back.
Dr. Singh is my family doctor and she is so compassionate and kind. She listens and prescribes carefully. She looks after my 19 month old baby all the way up to my 75 year old father. You can tell she became a doctor and pharmacist for the right reasons! She genuinely cares and critically thinks about your health. We are so lucky to have her!
