Bought a phone here was a good price. The phone had problems. I took it back with the receipt and exchanged it with no problem. Excellent experience. 4/5 because it's a little dirty.
DO NOT BUY FROM HEREFactory Direct sells defective phones. I purchased a iPhone 7 on Boxing Day, and by the end of January the audio stopped working. I went to the apple store and they said the phone had a screen replacement and Third-Party parts
The employees need more training and when there's a line up of people wanting to pay they need more cashiers
Good deals on electronics , but beware ,their policy is 10-30 days exchange or credit. You can buy insurance on you electronics though.Plus I would not recommend buying cheap brands like Polaroid , RCA, but stick with Samsung ,LG ,Sony .
Very wide selection of refurb items. Prices are great. There are times when the wait is a little longer than usual. But I guess thats the price you pay for having good deals.
