Awkward walls around room. Heating took a bit to get around the room. Tv was a bit small for king room. Did have a fridge and microwave. Wish they had thicker sheets for winter seasons. Nice mattress though. Polite customer service. Would give a try again.
This is a budget hotel but what i enjoyed most is the people. I have always said that I prioritize how i am treated by the hotel staff. The folks there are all awesome. Both the ladies and gentleman at the reception and the housekeeping ladies. I wish i could remember their names. Please keep up the good work!. I will definitely come back anytime I am in Brampton!
Absolutely awful. Moldy bathroom. Noisy hotel. Terrible pillows. TV reception was awful. Zero amenities save one tiny bar of soap. Towel rack missing in bathroom. Just disgusting. We left after one night on a three night booking. We lost $160 and didn't try to get our money back. We now know we would pay money to NOT stay at this hotel.
Life saviour, rented to use early morning 2-3 am super nice owner great price nice room. Highly recommend. Free breakfast too
What i love about this hotel was the breakfast provided. I wouldnt expect what they provided. However, the hotel has a smell i couldnt stand. Had no choice i had to stay for 3nights cause of budget. Overall 5 star for the food . if not, 3star for the hotel as a whole.
