Room was fine but bathrooms especially the shower area included tiles curtains and paint in real need of attention and upgrade. There may have been mold
Pros: Convenient location.Comfortable bed.The housekeeping ladies are super nice and should be promoted to management position.Cons: The front desk staff lack hospitality skills.The rooms are way too expensive for 2 start quality.The shower didn't work.There was no remote for the TV and I had to ask 3 times for one... It wasn't until the next day that I finally got it.No complimentary water in the fridge.The breakfast was disappointing. No pancakes! It was pretty much a continental breakfast with the exception of the rubber eggs and re-served sausages.
Room was clean. Amenities are basic but are there. There's a complete breakfast included with your room and it's quite decent. Right next to the highway and a few minutes to downtown Brampton.
I stayed there on one occasion for work, never going back. My room was so humid, mold was developing in the sink every day. There was mold on the walls. There were humidity bugs. I asked to change room, it was refused. I ended up having to argue with the manager to cancel the extra day I was supposed to spend there. I stayed in another hotel last minute. That was costly but way more acceptable than staying one more day in that awful room. I travel monthly for work, nothing like that ever happened to me before.
Nice hotel, decent price, close to so much! It's clean and the breakfast is pretty good. However, despite its cleanliness there was a hole in our room that they attempted to patch but they didn't finish the job. Also the bathroom fixtures could use an update. Aside from that I would stay here again.
