We booked in Thursday night, unfortunately the only room in the hotel not to have hot water was ours, they switched us up to a suite.We also decide to have dinner in the hotel restaurant, AWESOME Mango Salmon, I had it two nights in a row, Colete was the lady who served us both times.Wonderful lady.Yes I will be staying at the Monte Carlo in Brampton again, especially when I asked at checkout about their park-in-fly.No more airport parking, Monte Carlo Brampton and leave our car there for the week.PERFECT.
Wonderful clean room. Room service prompt and delicious. Upgrading your breakfast is worth it for 6$ from the continental. Front desk Nicola A was very personable and caring!!
It's fine - clean and great to have the airport shuttle. Continental breakfast is included along with 14 day parking. The rooms aren't exactly soundproof but it was fine.
My experience at this hotel was unfortunately not the greatest. The only positive that came out of my experience was the quality of food at the restaurant. Some of the staff were not very welcoming to guests, specifically the one person in the restaurant in the morning and one of the workers at the desk in the morning. Whenever I would approach them with a question or in need of assistance it appeared that I was ruining their day. In addition to this I had a bed bug experience where I got bit, in which case the staff at the hotel took little if not no sympathy towards the situation, they merely shrugged my concern aside. This was in December 2018. Until these issues become addressed, it is better to spend a bit more coin across the road at the holiday inn.
Very friendly staff. Conveniently located near all major shops, restaurants and major roads. Excellent restaurant located within the building with great food and friendly staff as well. My room was spacious, clean and well stocked with all supplies. Sound proofing was great as well, you could hear people in their rooms while walking in the hallways as expected, but once you're in the room it's nice and quiet which was great.
