Gave me a new lease on life. I slipped a disc in my neck and have been in pain for years. chiropractor is the one who slipped my disc and paralyzed my arm but i wont go there. then physio did great but would only get my part way to no pain but got my arm back to working condition. Then I ran out of benefits for physio and some for osteopath. so i looked it up and tried it and i have not looked back. im living my life again. Thank you ActionPhysio for everything.

I have had excellent physiotherapy sessions from Vi, Nicole, and Rob. Nicole is my regular therapist and her treatments using Active Release and stretches always improve my muscular pain. I don't think I will ever stop treatment - it makes a huge difference. So thankful to have found a physiotherapist whose treatment works.
