The Physiotherapist and the staff in this centre are great. They are compassionated and effective in terms of treatment. My issues were improved thanks to the exercises , electric pads, acupunture. This approves allow us , patients to improve our health in term of movements and well being.. I strongly recommend this clinic and appreciated soo much the hard work and compassion of Rupali our Physiotherapist.

I went to Progressive Rehab with a problem on the mobility of my left shoulder. I had surgery 3 years ago due to breast cancer on my left side. I was probably conscious, limiting myself on moving my arms, that it just got stuck to a certain point that I cannot stretch my reach the way it used to be. It took approximately 2 years of Physiotheraphy to where it got fixed. Visits started to 2x a week , to 1x a week , down to biweekly in the last 2 years. Recovery is different for everyone and maybe, just maybe, if I have followed the exercises regularly, maybe it will not take me that long. The good news is this year, my visits are down to every 6 weeks with a 3 month off last Summer :) I was truly taken cared of by Kristina and Roopali, as both performed wonders on my every visit. I appreciate their bedside manners and we always end the treatment on a positive note. I am now in maintenance in the care of Roopali. She has given me the choice of continuing my maintenance and educated me on how I should proceed with it as my left shoulder is functioning normal again. I highly recommend Progressive Rehab, 9497 Mississauga Rd. Thank you!

Since Fall 2017, I ended up with a lower back herniated disc and have been taking physiotherapy for last 1 year to get rid of the symptoms. I tried 3 different physios before going to Priya Chopra at Progressive Rehab. In my previous experiences, Physios focused on all other possibilities but a herniated disc, although I had an MRI Scan report stating bulge in L4-l5. The improvement was limited due to this reason. In August 2018 , I started to take physiotherapy sessions with Priya, and I felt major difference and improvement since my sessions with her. She is good at both manual therapy and suggesting right exercises for you. She genuinely cares about her patients and unlike other physios I worked with, she remembers the exact details of the patients in every session, and continues to focus on the exact cause (rather than a generic cause and treating lower back patients in one bracket). She also sets practical goals with patients, like by month 1, she would try get you do this goal (jogging), by month 2, she will get you running. These practical goals definitely helped me in motivating myself that results are showing quickly and my back is getting better. The clinic also offers massage services, but I was bit disappointed with my Massagist therapist Albert. I took one massage for 45 mins, but my Massagist did acupuncture for half an hour and just 10 mins of hands on massage. I only wanted hands on massage, but he convinced me to get acupuncture. Long story short, after 3 months with Priya, I am definitely more comfortable now and I have achieved all the practical goals that I have set up so far with Priya (regular chores to jogging to running etc). I strongly recommend Priya at Progressive Rehab.

Roopali is one of the best physiotherapists I have ever been to over the years for my back. She is very knowledgeable and will take the time to listen to you and come up with a plan to help you get better. The staff there are extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Progressive Rehab (this location) to anyone looking for a great physiotherapist or massage therapist!!!

I have been seeing Priya at Progressive Rehab for the past 3 months. I find her and the other staff extremely educated, co-operative and helpful. They will go above and beyond to service you. In addition to procedures, they make a point of educating you which is really appreciated and refreshing at the same time. I am happy camper and would recommend them to my friends and family.
