I believe it is as very important to compliment as it is to criticize, and I do both. I have called Millennium numerous times and spoken with Stephanie and she has been very helpful, enthusiastic and professional. I have worked at reception including many years at Real Estate companies and I also had my RE license, so I well understand all the responsibilities and duties entailed in this position at the Front Desk. Reception is so important to any company; it is the callers and visitors first contact with the company. I have also spoken with Colleen, the Support Manager, and she has always been very kind and receptive to my questions and patiently taken the time to fully answer my inquiries and returned my calls quickly. High praise to both of you and I would highly recommend C21 Millennium!

Every time I call this Brokers office, the same rude receptionist picks up the phone and honesty being the FIRST person you talk to - you would think this lady could act like she cared a bit more or perhaps sound less aggressive when talking to clients. Its embarrassing when basic customer service skills are lacked thereof.
