Nobody seems to be available to help you look for your item. The staff (when you see one) are only interested in doing their respective tasks rather than giving you a helping hand. There was only 1 lady who was really helpful during all the times I came here this Winter like 1 out of 5 visits. So I only got 1 good service in short. The Shoppers World location seem to have a friendlier set of staffs.
I had my winter tires done here. What a test of patience. I do not typically get outstandingly friendly service at any mechanic. But they did lie about calling me when my tires came in. Had to drive there twice in the snow when they had my tires simply because they do NOT answer the phone. If you do get through, they would hang up on you. I was relentlessly friendly and smiley to the staff there ( through gritted teeth mind you), I can only wonder how I would have been treated if I had been anything less then kind and patient. And yes the staff show no remorse for telling you your car will be an hour and letting you stand and sit around for 3 hours without updating you. I only left after 3 hours because I could see my car through the glass with no wheels on it. A half hour after I left I got a phone call and was asked "Are you still in the store?"... I made eye contact with the staff multiple times and then acted like I was invisible. I didnt know they even knew I was in the store!!! Talk about dishonest and shady service. Never again
So they made me 3 keys for 18 dollars taxes in out of which 2 weren't working since iwas in a different city, I had visit a Canadian Tire in Ottawa they made me 2 keys for 6 dollars. Now I was here and asked them why they were like we have different charges at different stores. It like family owned Burger joint in which they Franchisee can have his own pricing.
Five Zeros!Very Disappointed with the Store Manager at McLaughlin location and his Customer Service staff. The store manager don't care at all about loosing a customer by providing unprofessional and unsatisfactory customer service.I also went to Trinity Mall location to return a sealed and unopened item, the lady at customer service saw the product that is completely untouched and sealed. She was seeing that and also agreed that is a sealed item but she still opened the packaging and said "Yes I know this was never opened but I still have to check" I was like WHAT?? Anywas I got my money back, but I find it very weird and disrespectful.If you are a customer then you definitely want a peace of mind as well. Choose your options wisely!
Always great going to a canadian tire store. I love these places i always see something i need and fortunately its on sale. Great place to shop and the staff is always helpful and fast cashier service.
