Went in found and exactly what I was looking for . Wasnt followed around the store . The sales women did a great job of getting me the configuration I was looking for suitable to my homes layout . Fair prices and over all relaxing experience . Would shop at Ashleys furniture again .
My first visit to this store and I am wondering why I waited so long! After being stalked by salespeople to the point of leaving those other stores, it was so refreshing to be treated well and left to browse and consider! Our salesman Rheal was fabulous and and research became a purchase! Ashley will be the first stop next time!
I initially gave a 5 star review. I am changing my review to one star because I liked the new sofa/loveseat but hated the delivery experience.The delivery date was changed twice. First, they doubled the shipping time. Then they added one further day. I had to cancel the same event at my house twice.I called the customer service number. After 30 minutes of holding the line I gave up.I went in person to the store. The lady at reception, Farina, was apologetic, gave me a revised shipping date (which was not met). She told me the manager would call and talk about compensation for the inconvenience. That was 5 days ago and I have received no call back.Customer service doesn't end when you take my money.As I write this, I do not have the products I purchased. I was promised a 6 day delivery time. It is Day 11 now and I have been told to confirm I will be available to receive the sofa/loveseat on Day 13.
Les was wonderful! He had a lot of product knowledge and gave us our space to shop comfortably.Will be back for future purchases.
Exceptionally friendly staff. I walked into a warm greeting, was shown several design options, and payment plans. The sales person then let me shop on my own and gave me space unlike some other show rooms where I was followed around the entire time. We sat on the floor model of my future new couch and filled out the paperwork. Felt like I was sitting in my living room talking with a friend. Quality furnature sold by high quality staff. Great experience!
