I purchased a couch here recently and everything went smooth, the gentleman at the store who served me was great and very friendly but I wish the good experience continued. My rating does not really reflect the product but is more directed towards the shipping of my couch. I had 2 gentlemen deliver the couch and they really didnt have much respect for my house or my hardwood floors. They made such a mess that I was offered 50% back on my delivery charges... I guess this will do but I really didnt appreciate the time I had spend cleaning my floors. With all said and done.... I do love the new couch :)

I love the decor and furniture and have purchased many items and will continue to do so. However the staff at this particular location really need to work on their people skills. In particular, the ladies, as the men have been pretty friendly and helpful. The ladies (Ive seen various ones ) always seem annoyed or upset at the customers. They dont answer many questions and I just get the feeling that they think I cant afford the item and Im wasting their time. Even when I am being rung up at the cash register, they still seem fed up. I have worked with clients for over 10 years and I know its not always easy but I do believe that if the customer is being respectful then there is no reason to show them attitude. I will probably try to come in at this location when I know one of the male employees is available as they are very nice.
We bought some chairs from them for our dining room. Service was good and they promised they would take items back if needed. We had 4/8 of them very rocky and asked for a replacement. They did but threatened us that if we wanted to return any of the new ones they wouldn't sell us anything else.Unprofessional service after product was sold. Otherwise, they have a good selection of items.
DO NOT SHOP HERE If youre a person of colour you are treated like a second class citizenI came to this location today to return a product, I was told that I could not return the item which was unused, unopened and in its original package. I was told you can only return items at the store it was purchased at. I stated nowhere in your policy does it state that, she looked at the bill and said well I guess my store could use it the other OLDER associate said could we sell it like this theres tape on the package I replied that I purchased it like that and she rolled her eyes. I was then told I didnt create a customer profile so if I wanted to make a return I needed to create on I stated that was fine and provided my information. The attitude and tone in which I was spoken to was totally uncalled for and unwarranted, the manager seemed upset at my presence in her store and the fact that I was making a return The demeanour and ATTITUDE of these to OLDER women was completely appalling and unprofessional they treated me like I was lower class and did not belong in the store. The handbag I was carrying was worth more than both of your 2 week pay checks combined so please who are you to judge anyone. I suggest you provide these two associates with better training you treat all customers equal regardless of the colour of their skin. I worked in retail for over 10 years and I would NEVER treat a customer with such disregard and disrespect. Shame on you racism is still alive in 2018 its absolutely disgustingI will say that the Dundas street location in Mississauga has such friendly staff they were helpful and polite and held my items behind the cash as I was coming from another city to purchase the them. Please retrain your Brampton staff no one should feel like they do not belong when they enter a store to potentially make a PURCHASE. If I could give no stars I would. SHAME ON YOU
