Overpriced items. Ridiculously expensive.. Can find same products for much less
I am writing this review because I witnessed the most shocking thing at Bouclair last week. I was looking at something in the store and the manager was right beside me so I could hear the conversation loud and clear. One of the sales girl told him that a customer wanted to speak to him regarding a damaged item and he told the sales girl to tell them that he is in a conference call! But he was just standing in the aisle giving another sales girl orders on how to arrange the items on a table while he stood there and did nothing! I watched him stand there and do nothing for at least 20 more minutes. He told the employee to go and lie to the customer. As a frequent customer at the Bouclair in trinity, I am absolutely shocked with what I witnessed. Since I am an interior designer and in the store frequently, I have noticed that he is almost never on the floor and the poor sales girls seem to do all of the work. He's quite a big guy and I have never seen him once offer to help any of the small sales girls lift the heavy furniture and he just watches them struggle! Disgusting. I hope you take what happened seriously and retrain him. If he was working for me I would fire him on the spot. Kudos to the sales girls who are always happy, fun to talk to, and ready to assist me whenever I need help. They clearly have to work twice as hard to make up for the lack of work their manager does. If I was rating the sales girls then I would give 5 stars. But I am rating my experience with the manager which completely ruined my outlook on Bouclair which used to be one of my favourite stores. If I could give 0 stars then I would.
Friendly service. Lots of great things for the home. In an outdoor shopping mall so lots of parking but very busy.
Good items selection. Very expensive pricing on some stuff, online/in store is a horrible experience. Online orders show up on wednesdays only.. they have nothing in stock. ?Untrained and poor service at the cash. Lady in the aisle was alright but their procedure sucks. They don't even help you load your car...
They have nice selection of furniture and wall art. They are unable to match their own online prices and ask you to go back hime and order online. And u can pick up the items few days after. I wish they could make this service better by ordering on your behalf or at least match their own online prices.
