Jasbir sandhv was a 5 star sales man. He took very good care of us and the customer service was fantastic
When we arrive, all the Sales Associates were sitting having a conversation, we went for at least 5-7mins walking around, then into the furniture dept. We started testing the chairs etc. Then one of them came over to see if we wanted to buy furniture! We actually bought a TV. A sale item, but we hope it's ok, it had been awhile since i had visited there.
We didnt feel as though the sales people were overly pushy. Nice selection of furniture and appliances. Well organized. Delivery of product was prompt and the delivery personnel were wonderful. Docked 1 star due to the fact that the ladies behind the service counter had zero customer service skills and looked absolutely miserable.
Tremendous help from Leo and Shaw in helping us choose out a mattress. The tremendous product knowledge and attention to detail in the service made the experience a positive one. Helped us find and choose the right mattress based on our needs. Will definitely return.
Sadly, the manager didnt see my first review but Im leaving another just because the owner NEEDS to know how great his store was, the service was amazing the manager, Shaw was so understanding and nice he even invited me to a cricket event! This is honestly the best experience Ive EVER had at any brick location and the manager and staff should be really proud of themselves!
