Everyone is exceptional...!!Not sure for sales but always recommend for service..!!
Good knowledgeable staff, amazing deals but please make sure to understand about every policy before buying a car. They keep you in dark while explaining some things. They play smart, but actually they should be fair with you. Especially the warranty and insurance procedures because they may say warranty and insurance covers everything, it really does not mean it will. If possible, record their words so you could clarify stuff later on with the dealers. Well, I must say they will guide you good to buy a car but will make you spend extra on add on's. So make sure to clarify first and then proceed. I myself have suffered in a way I can't explain but I got a great car, its just the warranty and insurance that does not cover most parts of car as they say it will. All the best!
I was very pleased. I went in with an intermittent warning light. The service staff tried to duplicate / identity the problem but were unable to. I was charged 1 hour of labour and no unnecessary work was suggested. The service staff and mechanic were very friendly, explained clearly what they did to diagnose the issue and got me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.
Had a great experience here, this is the third dealership I've been to. All Staff are friendly and polite. Makes me wish I had come here from the very beginning. They offered us water, tea or coffee when we first arrived. They have an area well suited for children, which is nice to see. Clean environment and very helpful. The sale rep I dealt with today was Shahid, and he was above and beyond helpful to me. He was listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted. He really put in the effort to meet me half way and even exceeding my expectations. He never made me feel rushed or pressured to sign or make me feel like a take it or leave it type of deal. As a result I was able to purchase a new Toyota Sienna for my growing family. And with that the stress I've been under has been lifted
