the service was very friendly and quick, came in the same day and got approved the next day. the sales rep nick at classic Honda came in clutch with the deal on my new car and was always available for my questions during the whole process. I highly recommend him as your sales rep!!
Had an oil change appointment at 12 but the car wasn't even in service for 2 hours. There were renovation taking place which could cause delay but the least they could've done was inform me instead of me waiting and asking for an myself. They really need to have better customer service. Car took hours for a simple oil change.
