Had to get some work done on my car here through insurance. I couldn't believe how quick they were. They were all extremely polite, fun, concerned. It was a pleasant experience to say the least. They body shop did some work on my car and had it back to me quicker than I've ever seen anywhere. I stated I didn't receive a rental vehicle and they promised to work faster than expected and actually delivered my car sooner than expected. The phone receptionists are great. I believe I spoke to Amy??? Regardless, everytime I've called the people working seem to actually care, sound happy which is unusual these days and are shockingly pleasant to work with.
Had a great experience at the dealership today. A big thank you to Harris who really was so compassionate and kind took the care to offer me water and coffee with tokens for the massage chair in the guest lounge. I had a baby with me and they helped me carry my baby up the stairs. So grateful for their help.
i brought in my 2010 Dodge Caravan in on a tow truck because I couldn't get it to start. I have never brought my vehicle in for service at a dealership and thought it was going to be very expensive. After speaking with Kevin he informed me that my vehicle had a recall that could cause it not to start and to try that first before spending any money. So happy to know there are still good people and an honest dealership that wont just rip you off and take your money. Thank you Kevin and Brampton Chrysler for the amazing experience.
I came in with my Uncle to check out some trucks that he was interested in and this lady was by herself. all the sales people were busy so she talked to us about what kind of truck we wanted.She offered water and a coin for the massage chair in the meantime and then paged for a sales person. 5 Stars for sales. George had me at hello! I was in the market for a new vehicle and so I stopped at the first dealer at the corner of the Brampton auto park. Of course I had a "type" of vehicle and budget in mind and George nailed it. He sent me off for a test drive in the perfect vehicle, one I had not ever considered. With tag team sales between George and Simon, I never made it to the next dealer! It felt a bit hectic walking in. There a lot of sales people (at least I think that's what they all were) but glad I had George to focus in to give me the best service.4.5 stars for follow through... I really had a great sales experience but felt I needed more information and communication once the deal was complete. Give me paperwork to leave with after such a huge deal, and call me the next day to confirm I was approved rather than have me call you. Nervous and on the edge of my seat to be approved! Be organized with the pick up. What does the customer need to bring? and have their keys and packet ready to go. Amazing Teamwork at Brampton Chrysler. Thank you!
