Big thanks to Sara! We stopped at a previous dealership that would not listen to our request to buy a used vehicle, and kept try to push a new vehicle on us. We met with Sara and she listened to our requirements. Even though the kind of vehicle we wanted wasn't listed on the site, she called us within 48 hours and had found one that matched what we were looking for. After reading all these reviews about Planet Ford's service department, I have to say that you would be misinformed if you paid any attention to a single mention that Planet's service is less than five stars. I have been servicing with Planet for more than five years. My daughters and their husbands also service with Planet. All of us would gave Planet's service department 7 stars if we could. We always get top notch service. There are two guys there that have been there a long time. I forget their names but they are amazing. Things have really improved over the past couple of years since they hired a new service manager. I think these other reviews are from people who didn't get their way or had unrealistic expectations. Planet Ford has an amazing sales and service department. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise!
