I tried two other rental businesses and neither had cars available on a Tuesday afternoon, which surprised me; none had rentals available until Wednesday afternoon.On Wednesday morning I contacted Hammad Khan at Bristol, and unlike the other two locations, he actually worked very hard to get me a rental ASAP. Their prices were just as good, if not cheaper. I drove a 2017 Kia Forte and the car was impeccably clean. This would be the first location that I try next time I am in need of a rental.Thank you
I rented a compact car from Bristol few weeks back. I would say that the staff were kind and accommodating. Overall, I liked the experience and wouldn't mind going back to them. I feel their prices are tad cheaper in comparison to the other places. Something that puzzled me though was I had booked online for a compact car and got a Hyundai Accent. While I was there to pick up my car, a gentleman came up and picked up a Ford Focus for at least $7 less than what I paid per day. I asked the manager if it is cheaper to come directly to the store and pick up, he said it depends. So my suggestion to people would be to call them and ask before making an online reservation. One thing I really loved about them is that when I returned the car and formalities were done, they asked me if I wanted to be dropped off somewhere. I have rented cars from Avis and they have not asked me this. Though I didn't take the offer, I'm pretty glad that they asked.
I have never met more friendlier staff than I have met here at Bristol Car and truck Rental. You can tell after one conversation with Miguel he is truly here to help out he customers first. My personal experience, as someone who has never rented before, was fantastic. He saved me tons of money, money he COULD of choose to profit with but didnt. This is the type of service we need more of. 50/10 would recommend!!
