These people stole 800 dollars from my account. Did not let me know , my insurance company was paying them and fraudulently took out 800 dollars without even speaking to me . Do not ever use this company .Update .This company is a total scam. Constantly charging my credit card, lying about everything. Im currently seeking legal actions and have also contacted the police for fraud . . The owner is a disgusting human being and should be deported. He thinks he can do whatever he wants. I rented a Dodge Ram and it was the worst experience of my entire life .
Ive had a rather pleasant experience here. Lot of rental variety and instant response team. Quite competitive and experienced company as well. Car Rentals can be a bit confusing for first timers, if youre clear on what you want, great! If youre not, simply ask! This is a great place to rent from.
Once you rent their vehicle, you are stuck. I agree with the previous review, I had a similar experience ...Their customer service is ridiculous. Their staff is unhelpful.When I called in to make an inquiry the person on the line was very rude. When I reminded him he was speaking with a paying customer, he got defensive and abusive and yes I was threatened too. There are other rental companies that offer way better service vehicles. Besides you dont have to deal with the pathetic customer service. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
This is by far the worst car rental company i have ever dealt with. I got in a car accident and the collision company referred Yelllow Car Rental and they took 3 hours to finally find a vehicle. When they came with it, it was filthy inside and out. They charged my insurance company then they took money off of my credit card without my authorization and telling me to get back the money from my insurance company. They are a SCAM. When you try to rectify the issue they will hang up and ignore you. THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED
I wish I can give this place on one star review my experience with this company goes well beyond poor customer service.First off we needed a large SUV as we were doing a trip 2 Quebec. the initial vehicle he offered me aponix inspection there were many deficiencies in the car rental including no spare tire. the second car he offered me had similar issues then he advised me he'll drop off another vehicle at my residence. He brought over the vehicle a Suburban at approximately 9 p. M. I signed the contract I even went as far as taking a picture of the odometer. Shortly after I started driving I noticed that the low tire pressure light was on. When I finally stopped off at a gas station the tire was almost flat! I proceeded to fill up air in the tire, and it was very evident that the tire had a flat. Luckily there was a GM dealership not too far so I had the tire repaired and I had to pay $28 out of my own pocket. This in my opinion is a major safety concern.We agreed on 20 400 km which I was well under by the end of my trip. The gentleman from the company came over to take the vehicle back, at that point they asked them to come inside so we can settle up the bill which she refused. I found this to be very suspicious that he refused to give me the final bill. He left in a hurry and I was in total shock that he charged me over $1, 200 more than what we originally agreed! He refused to take my call he was hanging up on me, then he would not answer my calls at all. I finally called them from a different phone, and lo and behold he answers! I tried to dispute the charge with him but he would have none of that I'm pretty much got me right off! I tried to call my credit card company and advisable this major dispute and they told me there's nothing they can do about it as it's between myself and the merchant.what he did is worse than poor customer service he actually defraud and me money he was not entitled to.
