Satisfied everytime I rent no issues. Staff is good.
Ive rented many cars from this location. All staff are very friendly and professional. The staff even calls me to remind me when the location is closing so I dont miss picking up my car. Ive never had anything but great service and would recommend this location to anyone. My car is always ready when I need it and staff go out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my car when I return it. Although I cant speak for others that have had issues, I can only speak of my experience. Great job guys and thanks for being so accommodating.
I reserved online and picked up my car with ease just providing what they needed from me. Dropping off was an ease as well. Everything was very straightforward and as the location is in a corner lot it was really easy to find comparing to other budget locations I've been to
Terrible experience. Lady at the counter was so rude right from the start. She would not honor the rate promised, insisted on a 2nd number when I don't have one. Wanted me to return the vehicle early and still charge me the same amount. Lot attendant did not explain the vehicle features, i.e. where to open the gas door. (it's got a hidden button). Car did not have any windshield washer fluid, and the interior windows were filthy. They don't deserve a 1 star. Don't go here - go somewhere else!
Terrible service agents, who themselves cannot understand the rental contract. They explain one thing and charge a completely different price. Go at your own leisure not everyone has had the same issues, it seems when you rent for a longer time period, their system all goes to hell and no one knows how to actually calculate your rental rate. Sad
