Totally cheater and scam company . I need a cargo van through my insurance company and the bring it royal auto collision a pickup truck which I refuse to take it on bec 18th . Then they say me keep it for few days and then they will exchange it . But they didn't exchange it till today dec 29th . Yesterday when I went to return their car and they told me to pay them $800 appropriate bill then they will take back their car . I told them you guys have my insurance claim number charge them . They said I have to pay them money first then I claim from insurance. Its because I need cargo van and they dont have it and keep saying to me they will exchange it soon in that case I loose my business because of them . I went to return their car and rent the cargo van from enterprice car rental 'but they refuse to take their car . Mr Sam called me yesterday to his office and told me he will take their car back ' when I went there and he waist my time and refuse to take his car back . I suggest you all do not believe their promises . They are fully cheater . Because they dont full fill their promise 'i went to return their car and going to enterprise which they feel they are losing business from me . That why they maid me stuck with them . Monday I going to complaint about them in consumer department . Be care full with the cheaters .
