I had a great experience. They took care of me right when I called. All the staff members were very nice and caring. The car that I got was clean and well maintained! I had no trouble with the car while I had it. I would definitely recommend elegant car rentals if youre renting a car.
Elegant is honestly the best car rental company in Brampton.Their customer service far exceeds any other. The staff treats you humbly not like a numbered customer. Highly recommended! Never felt the inconvenience in any manner. Rated 5/5 because they really do fix up the related issues without any worries.
