Cheaper and bigger than Good life. Have free Swimming time for VIP membership.This location has swimming pool, boxing area, cardio area, fitness classes area. This is really huge.Bigger locker rooms, many shower areas and separate shower area for swimmers. Lots of parking space.

Dont bother with this gym. Up keep of machines is absolutely terrible, on top of that this place is always busy so getting a good work out in a reasonable time is next to impossible since you're waiting for others to be done. Find another gym... For your own sake.
It's a good gym. I was as the Hansen road location before it was shut down. Really happy they sent me here and upgraded my membership. Has everything you need and lets me come in at 5 am before work to get in a session. Cost is good as well, Staff are friendly. most of the complaints i see people posting on here are ridiculous you are going to hurt a business with online reviews cause you're sauna doesn't work? as for the music complaints and what is playing? are you actually listening to the music? 99.9% of the people have head phones on.. Stop complaining just to be a jerk about it. it's actually a good place.
This used to be a beautiful facility. BUT the pools need resurfacing, the steam room is torn to pieces and has been for months. Many of the machines are broken or the seats are stuck at the bottom most position. The location is great. There is lots of free parking. The front desk staff are friendly. It has been freshly painted this last month. Let's hope the improvements continue.
