Clean (meaning it doesnt smell sweaty haha). New machines, nice big change room and shower stalls. I rarely have to wait long for a machine. Lots of cardio equipment. Staff are pretty friendly. Other gym members are too.They recently fixed their sound system, so during group classes you can hear the instructor clearly. Give it a shot. :).
Great place to work out, excellent staff who are very knowledgeable and are ready and willing to answer any questions I had. You Definitely get what you pay for. And Goodlife is one of those things you should pay for to live a great life
Badly taken care of. Washrooms generally a mess, overflowing sinks, clogged toilets, no soap. Very busy. Staff are pushy when it comes to sales and indifferent otherwise. No access to mobile data in the basement, would be nice for them to provide WiFi for those of us that want to listen to music on our phones, or receive an important message during a workout. For the cost of a goodlife membership I am unimpressed.
Good palace place of work out but do need new machines and equipment
Hi everyone!I am one of the regular member since last year.I am coming all the way from Mississauga.To RPM classes for 5:30 Mondays Wednesdays.The inst instructor for the classes is great he is an awesome person and he makes it so much fun .He pays attention to everyone in class and even to the instructors who comes to his class.His name is Ken he is great and has a great personality.I just wanted to let you guys know how good he is how he makes my day every time I come there .just want to say thank you Ken for the great classes and your hard work for us .And I like to come to this location because I like how everyone in the front is so friendly and always have a smile on .Just wanted to thank you and Ken for all you guys do for the members .
