I got a fitness trainer here, he was amazing, he helped me get on the right track and taught me how to use the equipment. They offer amazing classes. Love the sauna room aswell. They have an all womens area which is awesome.
I've been wanting to join a gym but was really hesitant to do so, goodlife changed that. I decided to check out the location and meeting with Garry helped me get the right membership and I'm very glad I did. Great customer service from him and excellent facility.
I like this gym facility and most of the staff are great but my friend signed up to the gym and only wanted to activate her membership but I guess the front desk thought we wanted a personal trainer so we sat and talked with the personal trainer anyways named Sukh. She was kind at first but became very rude, and when I tried to speak on behalf of my friend that my friend just wants to activate her membership and not get a personal trainer, she asks me if Im going to speak for my friend. If she had listened from the very beginning that she just wanted to sign up for her membership instead of saying things like youre wasting your money youll fail here whats the point you lied to my face then we couldve wrapped the meeting up from the beginning. She needs to work on her people skills tbh, because if thats her way of being motivating, that aint it.
Nasty customer service. They lied to us to be able to sign us for a yearly plan and now they wanted to charge $99 to cancel something they created without informing us. The head office is even nastier when it comes to customer service. Definitely not worth doing business with them.
Great GoodLife location, pretty big considering its location. The gym and change rooms are clean, although I've never used the restrooms or shower so I cant comment on that. The group studio and spin classes are great and not very busy. This has become my favourite location!
