Went there for my first complimentary oil change since purchasing a new edge, the service was good, I was told and hour and it was completed in and hour along with a tire rotation. During this time I met a sales associate name Angelo who was very friendly and personable. We had a great chat about Ford and the future 2020 of vehicles amongst other things. Had I not already bought a car last summer I would have considered Angelo. Its great that not only does colony have excellent salesmanship and service but also employees who care and have will just have a chat with customers. Keep up the good work
Everything about Colony easy 5 stars. Customer service is excellent. The Ford Escape I am leasing is excellent plus with good prices. Again everything excellent. Until now I have only dealt with Frost GM and lets just say the service is like comparing apples and oranges. You cannot compare the two. Again everything I have experienced with Colony and Ford is beyond exceptional!

I purchased the car, a Focus RS, from Ottawa. There was no hassle - the vehicle was listed for a good price and I made a reasonable offer. Without haggling, they accepted my offer and the rest of the process was incredibly easy. When I got there the car was all prepared and ready to go and, although the deal was done, the salesman threw in an invisible plate holder. Great experience.
I bought my truck here 2 years ago. The initial purchase experience blew me away. I was offered a demo for a few days to make sure that it could comfortably accommodate one our children, who uses a wheelchair. Although I have had little need for service because the truck has been great, when I have brought it in, it has been taken care of promptly for a reasonable price.Highly recommended!
