Not the greatest dealership, I went in with the intention of buying a new a car, none of the sales reps offered to help. I went next door to Toyota I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked through the door.... I actually went back to the Honda dealer after Toyota to see if anyone would bother to help me, and after 15 min no offered to help and ended up buying a new Honda elsewhere. I highly recommend the Toyota dealership next door because you'll definitely get better service!
My mother and I came in with the intent of buying a new car. Jasmine was an amazing help to us, as were the rest of the employees. Paisley, the delivery specialist, was amazing at showing us the interior/exterior of the car, every feature was well explained. I will definitely be coming back when its time to buy my next car. Experience with Family Honda was amazing, true advice given by Bala, we did compare other Honda showroom but the kind of service and price offered by Family Honda as much competitive. Overall buying experience was truly amazing. Soon planning one more car and this is the place we will visit again.Well I am changing my rating due to after sales service.. Today I am in for my second service and washer is not working. Even on my first service washer was not working and I was given the same answer. I wonder they are not willing to wash car's during service.
Recently purchased a new car from Family Honda, through Jordan Pizzorusso, and couldn't have been happier with the transaction. Was smooth, quick, and very easy to complete - from the moment I reached out to driving out with the car two days later, Jordan was professional, incredibly prompt in his responses and took care of all the paperwork in what seemed like a matter of minutes. He believes in customer loyalty and works hard to maintain the relationship. Sabrina and Mohamed were also amazing and clearly believes in keeping loyal customers happy.
