Okay. I accept your technicians are following guidelines for oil changes.But in the end the car was overfilled at least twice. The second time it was overfilled by 0.2L, verified by an advisor and nothing was done to compensate our time. This third time I checked multiple times at different temperatures and locations. Whether you followed specifications or not, the oil was above the max line with the car cold. The car still needs to be inspected visually even if the amount of oil is predetermined.You followed what you believe are the correct specifications and you corrected the issue every time.But the car performance has definitely improved after the oil level was decreased. The fuel economy readings have evidently dropped. The acceleration always felt like the car was on eco mode, I thought it was the sky active, but now it feels like a normal car. Nothing has changed but the oil.We came in 6 times for 3 oil changes. We also ran the risk of damaging the engine. Hence, we are upset with the time spent.

I couldn't be more pleased with the amazing service I received when purchasing my new 2018 Mazda3 Sport! Sam (salesman) and Ryan (sales manager) both worked very hard to give me the best possible deal and were very honest when it came to adding additional features to my vehicle. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything that was unnecessary and even got compensated for having to wait a couple more days than expected for my car to arrive. This was my best-ever car buying experience. I just popped in because they were reasonably close to me and I like to buy local. I noted competitors had a better advertised price on the car I wanted and they bettered their prices significantly without any foot-dragging or drama. Honest, friendly, transparent and with great prices. Further, I genuinely liked chatting with Sam, my salesman. Great guy.
