This is my second vehicle I bought from this dealership. Everything is great except for the price of the service. Just today, I found out I have over paid for the service. The other dealerships gave me a quote for the same service, which was way less than what I paid today(60% less). Absolutely disappointed with the price difference.
This was my first dealing with Northwest Toyota, and my Sales Rep., David Oommen.This dealership is in Brampton, and I live 3+ hours away. David helped me with all the early questions over the phone, including making a deposit to hold the vehicle.Once at the dealership a couple of days later, everything proceeded on schedule. I highly recommend David. He is professional, enthusiastic, and on time with all his correspondences. Probably the best experience I have had in almost 40 years of buying cars.
I had such an amazing experience getting my first car here! Anthony was absolutely incredible. He answered all of my questions in a way that made it easy for me to understand. He didnt pressure me at all to buy add ons or extra services. And he helped me find the car that not only was within my budget but fit my wants and needs as well. I had been to a previous Toyota dealerships when I first began to search for my car but this really was the perfect place to come. All of the staff are very friendly and they made the process of getting my first car and everything that came with it so easy! I can not thank you enough!!! I am so excited to be in my new 2019 Toyota Corolla SE!
My sales rep was Lyly! She's absolutely the best at Northwest Toyota. Lyly helped us to select the vehicle that is perfect for us. She made sure we got our first colour choice even though it had to be shipped from out of town. Lyly would go above and beyond to satisfy her customers!
