Awesome services!I bought my first car (2019 RDX) here and I totally satisfied with the car as well as the services from Policaro Acura. Special kudos to Kris who introduced different packages of the car in details; to Sherry who explained clearly the extended warranty and the protection plans with patience; and to Jon-Michael who showed (and taught) me the functions of the car when I picked it up. They have even input my home address as default in the navigation system, so thoughtful of them! Thank you very much for the excellent services!
Never buying a car here again while the sales rep was amazing the car was not detailed properly after the charged me for detailing yes I said charged me for it!! Next up I too the car to my mechanic 1 week later to have a look over it and the brake pads are completely worn out I took it back to the dealership and informed them of this information and asked how a car could be passed as safe with these pads. They told me it meets standards for safety, after going back and forth with them for a few days I had no choice but to replace the pads out of my own pocket spending a few hundred bucks on pads and rotors 1 week after purchase. Not the end of the world but it's still very upsetting to spend you hard earned money for something you think will be up to standards. That's just my experience good luck everyone
