I wish I could give them zero star!!! So I booked the truck for moving, got a confirmation email from them 1 day ago that truck is ready to pick next day at this time blah blah and when I went there next day, they don't me sorry we don't have truck because they over booked! I took a day off for moving and all my stuffs were packed but at last minute they told me that we don't have any truck! Such a waste of time. Before you make any plan, make sure you have an alternate because you might ended up up being at my position where you have everything packed but no truck to move your stuff!!! Don't go to discount car Rentals, they are such a scammer!!!! Be aware from this place guysThanks
Pl don't call it the Canadian way to rent the car and put entire Canada to shame. It's an awesome country.
Very efficient and Friendly staff.....competitive rental rates, and also the hours of operation is most convenient especially being open on Sundays cheers!!
Customer service was very good. I was dealt with promptly. The representative was respectful.
Staff was friendly and vehicle was good. However, I had to pick up vehicle at alternate location than I booked and there was a km charge whereas it stated unlimited km when i booked. On the other hand, the rental price was outstanding.
