Mostly ground only units here, we also paid so they would hold our unit and then when we got there they said it had been too long and our money was taken. Total bs cause we confirmed if we paid that it would be held for longer than 30 days, we also provided the date we would actually be moving items in and still we were told too bad when we arrived. Couldn't do a better deal on a larger unit so we went to the Queens Plate location where there was more options and for even cheaper price!

I am very happy I dealt with Bibi for my storage needs. She went above and beyond to serve me. She is very compassionate and understand my problem. I happen to be in the office the same time she was dealing with an irate customer and I must say she dealt with the situation very professionally and at the end the customer walked out happy. I admire her for her patience. Wish I can give more than 5. I will recommend access storage to all my friends and family. Prices are reasonable and location is convenient.
