If I could give this location a zero star I would. I placed a reservation a month ago for a truck. The night before the move, a 'representative' from the location called me to say that they couldn't honor my guaranteed reservation and that I have three options (take the smaller truck, change my move date, or change my move time). I had no choice as it was too late to get another truck/go to another company (I was told that they were within their right to wait until 24 hours before my move to tell me they couldn't honor the reservation). The individual that I spoke with was rude and unprofessional and left me with almost no options. On top of all that, the smaller truck that I was given was at a totally different location forcing me to have to move later due to the new stores opening time and drive significantly out of my way. When I complained about this treatment, I was told that even though I placed my reservation online (and the vehicle was listed as being available), the location has the right to honor it or not. I will never use uHaul again as I cannot trust them or rely on them. Thank you for making me a customer of anyone else.
Booked 20ft truck a month in advance. Got a call a day prior to pickup letting me know they don't have it and I got to take 15ft truck now. And instead of driving 5 mins from my house I gotta drive 20 to not even get the truck I need.I'm going to waste the km's they give with it just from from I have to pick it up from and I can't even get a lil discount? Poorly run and have no desire to help. Will not come back or recommend them to anyone
Rented a van on June 22 2018. Dropped of the Van at 9:35pm. Then Uhaul sends me a bill for using the 407 at 3:00am June 23. As the key was dropped in the drop box. It must have been an employee or owner that decided to take the van. This is FRAUD and sinxe the vehicle was under my name at the time thus is also theft. I took pictures at the time of drop off, to show that there was no damage, and my phone time stamped the photo. Their corporate office is a joke. Only showed me the 407 plate but not the security video of me dropping off the van. This place is very SHADY! Do not go here, who knows what other credit card fraud they are involved in.
Do not drop vehicle off at night! Rented a van for a couple of hours, dropped it off at 9:30pm. Took pics of the drop off to prove van was returned in good shape. Guess what? At 3am someone who has access to the drop box key took the van and used 407. Was charged the 407 and extra km. This was a horrible experience. Uhaul....was this you? Maybe you should look into your employees.
The location is well stocked for trailers and trucks. High turn over and plenty of staff ensure that products are there ready for you when you need them. I've rented moving trucks from them multiple times and the equipment is ready when I arrive plus they are flexible with their drop offs. They have an after hours drop as well great for when you are running late or need to return early morning.Well stocked with moving supplies and trailer accessories. prices are comparable to big box stores so helps with the one stop shopping experience. They will also take back any unused supplies so load up!
