situation: sister was supposed to take over my lease - had baby early - explained i would be 1 week late - receieved this response "that's completely ok Ana, no worries"- 3 days later I'm locked out manager: - man that signed my lease, assured me everything was fine, I had thought i had built a great relationship w/ as i had shared the loss of my husband 1 week prior to moving in, knew I sell items for a living online, knew i had 3 sales I would loose that day due to lockout.me: I promised to makes the sales and return w/ fundinghim: "there's nothing I can do. you must pay your bill in full"me: " there must be more options, 3 days ago and u told me being late was ok"him: it is ok, & listed what I couldn't dome: those are not options, this isn't ok, not once did you inform me of this!he than handed me the regional managers phone number & claimed he could do NOTHING! me: called 3 times, all went to VM. left 3 messages went back in & begged for other options - inquired about the call backhim: had no information and stated "why is ur problem my problem" me: dehumanized & in disbelief that this man was the same man who shared jokes for 1hr. signing lease, lied saying late payment was fine & not once informed of lockoutcontract: late payment charges & lockout enforced post 30 days of non paymenti am disgusted with how i was treated.... i am a very fair person and i accept responsibilities for my actions at all times but never in my life have I been made to feel so low.... i extremely do not reccommend this place.... god forbid the love of your life dies and your world comes crashing down and than be treated like someone of not even low but no class at all!!! I was not treated like a person what so ever!! I borrowed the $490 from my parents for the 10x20 unit and i am removing my items.... it would be one thing if i was made aware... i could understand.... he should have informed me of this when i signed the lease!!!but in the least, in the absolute very least!!!! when I informed him of my late payment and my circumstance HE SHOULD HAVE AT THE VERY LEAST TOLD ME THAN!!!! he failed to do that! he failed to do his job!!! but what he failed at most.... was being a decent human being... instead of being fake to get the sale of the unit and pretending to be my friend..... he should have been honest with me.... he should have been professional the very least!!! in no way was I treated respectfully here.... in no way was I treated fairly or even adequate!!!! I will be moving on but i feel sorry for this man because his actions show that he carries many more issues deep down to be able to lie right to my face for a matter of money!!!! it is absolutely impossible for anyone to tell me that in any circumstance or situation there is only 1 option!!!! there is never one option!!!! there is always a way to help someone there is always a way to prevent these situations and when they do arise there is always more than one way to deal with them.... in business most things will always be about money because business cannot survive without it..... but there has to be a level of respect, professionalism, and human touch!!!! without a human or kind touch in business.... WE MIGHT AS WELL BE DEALING WITH MACHINE!!!!
