These guys are scam. Never rent uhaul truck from this place. Better place to rent uhaul truck is the main locations not these small neighbourhood locations. When u return the truck, they guys just over charge u with fuel, cleaning etc..

I went in at 7pm on a sunday, needing to store some tools in my locker. The gate wouldnt open for my code. I tried to get assistantce- i could see that someone was in the office- but no one would come and open the gate for me. I even tried calling and ended up leaving several messages with a contact number. Three weeks later and i have yet to get a call back. Every time i go after office hours i wonder if ill be able to get in.On the day i rented the unit the owner was attempting to parebt my childeren. It was unperfesional to say the least, no matter that the kid needed a talking to. Thats my job not hers.Anyway, it just does not feel like i am renting from a business but rather some ones shed out behind their house. I am a client, not the next door neighbor looking for a favor.
